 Someone whose taste I trust, couldn’t stop telling me about this Braamfontein nail and beauty bar, so I had to try it out! Headed to this beautifully designed place and was greeted by soulful sounds and a floral- fruity scent when I walked in, signs of what promised to be an enjoyable experience.  The all-female staff also gave me a warm welcome, showed me their facilities and talked me through the treatment process:
 After the assessment, it was found that I had dry skin, so they used a range of local products that would help me with this problem: Milk and Honey. The pro treatment was also accompanied by a lovely cup of tea to match the chosen product range. Same would apply for different skin types. Also, turns out that they drive community development initiatives by running an Academy that empowers women by giving them employment and empowerment opportunities in the beauty industry.  Tenfold Nail Salon, is a little downtown gem where I go to maintain my love for nails. Their website is pretty easy to navigate and makes booking treatments a convenient exercise.  The Luxe Manicure package is a firm favourite as it includes a lemon scrub, cucumber mask and wrap, shoulder massage, hand massages and a hot stone massage.  This place ticks all the right boxes: Close proximity ✅ Great service✅ Clean aesthetics ✅ Greenery ✅ Massages ✅ Friendly staff ✅ Beverage Service ✅ Preferred mags ✅ Who wouldn't keep going back to this?!  |
